Jason Sherrill is CEO of Landmark Homes and a Partner in Livmark Communities. Jason (along with Mr. Jon Mosier) founded Landmark Homes in 2005. Since its inception, Landmark has delivered over 2,000 homes. Landmark Sports – a subdivision of Landmark Homes – has built over 300 baseball fields nationwide. Aside from setting the vision for Landmark, Jason brings site-use planning and product development expertise to the Landmark team; he also drives partner/developer relations. Prior to Landmark, Jason was a partner in a homebuilding/development company and founder of multiple design and construction firms, most recently DesignOne Consultants and SportsOne Development, focusing on design and construction management of development projects and youth field programs across the country. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University.
Jon Mosier is the President of Landmark Homes and a Partner in Livmark Communities. Jon oversees all construction at Landmark Homes – from land development extending to the vertical construction of Landmark’s home products (e.g., single-family homes, townhomes, and stacked condominiums /apartments). Jon has 31 years of experience in the construction industry, including employment as a soil engineering technician at CTL Thompson in Denver, Colorado, as well as construction management and development of sports fields and multi-family projects with DesignOne Consultants and SportsOne Development. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth/Space Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Rahul Majumdar is the CFO of Landmark Homes and a Partner in Livmark Communities. Rahul joined Landmark in 2014 and oversees all financial operations, capitalization, and business planning aspects. Before Landmark, Rahul was a management consultant with PRTM Management Consultants (later acquired by Price-Waterhouse Coopers). At PRTM, Rahul provided operational strategy expertise for Fortune 100 clients in the high-tech, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries – his engagements spanned EBITDA improvement, mergers and acquisitions, and product development. Prior to PRTM, Rahul worked as an integrated circuit design engineer at Boeing Satellite Systems. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA.
Chris Beabout is the Managing Partner of Livmark Communities, where he oversees a vertically integrated multifamily and build-to-rent platform across Colorado’s Front Range. With over $450 million in debt and equity capital raised, Chris has built Livmark into a full-cycle development company — managing everything from site acquisition and entitlement through capitalization, construction, and stabilized operations. He has led the entitlement of more than 5,000 units across the Colorado Front Range.
In 2023, Chris founded Livmark Communities with the three partners of Landmark Homes, as the ownership and brand platform for the company’s rental portfolio, bringing together LP equity, preferred equity, institutional debt, and third-party property management under one cohesive strategy. Before joining Landmark, Chris was a multifamily appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield, valuing Class A apartment projects throughout Colorado — an experience that shaped his underwriting discipline and market intuition applicable to Livmark. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Colorado State University.
