Longmont, CO – September 14, 2026 – Livmark Communities and Hillside Commercial Group have commenced construction on a new 185-unit apartment and townhome rental community located adjacent to the Fox Hill Country Club golf course in Longmont, Colorado. Site work is now underway, with the community expected to begin welcoming residents in the fall of 2027.

Developed through a joint venture between Landmark Homes and Hillside Commercial Group, the project will feature:
